treeMotion Wear-n-Tear

The webbing itself is cheap, and if your in Texas, ask a saddle maker if they can stitch you a new piece. I did that on my Glide for certain parts I didnt care for and they held up better than factory stitching.

im surprised with the different opinions about the webbing issue. i remember posting something two years ago when i started to notice some aggressive wear on the straps. since i posted, nothing has changed with its condition, it hasn't gotten any worse.

problem or not, the treemotion is hands down the most comfortable saddle ive ever climbed in and that says a lot, seeing that i own most of the new saddles

Read through this entire forum/topic....although it is something to be aware of. I ordered mine from Treeworker saved myself about $140 bucks than buying it from sherrill. They need to update their price on the treemotion...it is not 375 euros anymore more like 240 euros

Just got my treeMOTION in the mail! I am really excited...anyways when you guys are talking about the wear part down on the alternative d rings...are those the same color as the d's on your hip? I say this because on mine which much be a newer gen treemotion it is a darker green and seems to be coated with some type of rubber...I dont recall seeing this on past ones i have looked at

Hey man, the tobester said it was only 30 clams and not the reported 150 bucks. I'm pretty sure he says it in this thread somewhere

I don't think thats the answer Jimmy got from the folks at Sherrill. Unless they weren't talking about the same parts.

If they are 150bucks then I am offically done shopping at Sherrill. Period. That would be just ridiculous but I'm pretty sure they are only 30 buckeroos. I'll call tomorrow to verify

Will do on the pics...oh and looks like I dont need to borrow yours tophopper....i just asked because I was getting impatient on the waiting for the shipping
