TreeHuggers: Go think Inside the Box

Collecting runoff? Wow! In Bergen County in NJ many towns have tree protection ordinances specifically due to stormwater issues. Run off here can be crazy.
 
It's easy to set up too...

Huge problem, storm runoff is slowed by ALOT of chips where I'm at.

You wonder what all those chips do to the water in the bay?

I read in Harris Arboriculture, western red cedar (chip lechates) kills salmon in parts per million!
