My bestie needed a internship to finish his forestry degree. Arboriculture fit the bill so he came up to work for me. Most of the way in while I was in a tree he made some smart ass comment such as “I’m surprised you haven’t hit me with a stick yet”. Next one was a smaller limb with bushy tips, I chucked it in a way to land on the tips and flip over on the ‘spring’ I nailed him harder than I intended (I actually just meant to get it close without contact).
after that I had a custom company shirt made for him, it had bold letters on the back that said ‘INTERN’ with a giant red bullseye below.
