I ordered the mcrs saddle rebuild kit, yesterday. Listed as in stock on the website as well as my order confirmation.
Now shipping confirmation lists the saddle rebuild as “back ordered”
Is this a joke? Looking for some dialogue and information here. The only thing I need is the saddle stuff. Sure am disappointed to read that.

Folks !

Is all this animosity really necessary ?

Is this considered "social media" ?

TreeBuzz is supposed to be an informational resource.

If you don't like a shop, or it's service, just go elsewhere.

Don't gripe if you didn't get next day service, unless you were promised that.
Contact the vendor, and work it out !

People have problems with vendors everyday ............. that's just life.
(I don't like it either, but in about 30 seconds, I get over it. Or go elsewhere.)

None of us are perfect. Certainly not me !

I've had painter's borrow a paint brush !
Roofers borrow a 32 ft ladder !
Electricians that borrowed my pliers to short-out a line to find the correct breaker !
Plumbers that used putty on a compression fitting !

Please calm down.
