Tree or Pole gaffs

bonner.. i guess money is not an issue but i dont want to buy two sets of gaffs. thats just wrong. but i want a set that im going to like to wear. unlike my steel tree gaffs now. i wish you could demo them.... LOL if anyone is interested in a set of buckingham steel tree gaffs let me know. they'll be for sale when i make my mind up on new ones. ill list um in tree bay.
 
LOL no i have worn these spurs maybe a dozen times... and maybe thats my problem, i need to wear them more often. just ordered a set of climb right 1 5/8" spikes from tree stuff. im sure i'll like them.

With time on them you will get comfortable with anything you buy. I climbed with buckingham steel for 5.5 years. When I found my bashlin aluminums I thought I was in heaven. Still to this day I love them, 2.5" tree gaff (probably filed to 2" by now). One of the biggest things is the pads. Good pads are worth every penny you spend. They will go a long way in making a set of hooks more comfortable.
