tree launcher shoots VERY accurate up to 250 feet- Thoughts?

I live and work in an environment with fairly tall timber, and I have had great success consistently setting lines from 125-200 ft with the APTA. I would imagine this exceeds what most need from a line launcher. Once I got past the learning cuvre, the APTA, a well managed throw line, a 14 oz throw-bag, and a bike pump have been an absolute game changer for me. Simply the best $200 I have ever spent on tree gear.
But if you hadn’t purchased the Apta and you had a choice between a plastic one, and this one that is cheaper, stainless, and much more accurate, and easy to control line shot out. What would you buy?

The apta is not plastic, tmk. @rico says he is accurate to 200 feet, so how much more accurate could the dtx launcher be? @rico says he doesn't have the line entanglement issue.

I think it's cool that you are developing this new launcher, but you've got to be better informed of what we are already doing, and be more responsive. You come across as bullheaded and that will help your confidence as it loses you business that you actually could get if both your product and sales pitch were legitimate.

I can’t answer that because I have no experience with your launcher..
Your rig does look very nice, and I wish you luck getting your biz off the ground. Pun intended.

I can tell you that I went down the fishing reel/line road and it ended up being more of a pain than it was worth. I also love using a bike pump instead of a compressor or air bottles. For best accuracy I put the heel of the APTA against my right shoulder, use my right hand to pull the trigger, and my left hand is about halfway between the valve and the end of the muzzle. I keep 400 ft of broken in, well flaked dynaglide throwline in a big bucket with a 12 and 14 oz bag. Done, and lines set.

I love the fact that it only requires 60psi for hi shots. My only problem is that I made my own apta with a ball valve as well. While that works it truly messes with overall accuracy. I would like to see this exact setup with a battery powered trigger on a diaphragm valve. Like a sprinkler valve.
