Tree Inventory Software Suggestions

We have been slowly gaining more and more HOA maintenance contracts, and I am wondering about software to help me maintain tree inventory and maintenance schedule info for the HOA's budgeting needs. I'm just wondering what you all are using.

If the community is new you can generally get the LAs CAD files for free from the LA firm. Taking inventory from the CAD file is super easy, generally they list every planting by location and species. Although over time these plantings may be removed or not entirely accurate. One project I am now dealing with has a row of Red Oaks listed as Willow oaks. So its best to double check that the CAD blueprint is correct and up 2 date.
