I would say a robinia. The leaves look a bit bigger than a gleditsia. Does it have large thorns?

No thorns at all.

Inermis variety of Gleditsia.
Robinia is usually more blue green with deeper furrows.

I've never seen one of these here in Mexico city, but I agree that it is not Robinia sp.
