- $500 sign on bonus! (Eligible after 90 days of employment)
- Wages starting at $25 per hour (depending on experience) with health benefits, accumulative PTO and sick leave!
Job Requirements:
- Drivers license is a bonus but not a requirement.
- Must have reliable transportation to our yard and ability to show up on time (5:00 AM Monday-Friday).
- Documentation for E-verify.
Job Skills and Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 2 verifiable years' experience climbing, trimming and removing trees (including palm trees).
- Above experience, must include trimming large trees (Eucalyptus, Pines etc.).
- Experience and knowledge of Tree Service Safety Standards: Proper pruning techniques, proper knots, rigging and safe removal, & safe and proper chain saw operation.
- Able to work safely at heights of 20-60 feet and lift 80 lbs. (Equipment, tools, and supplies may need to be lifted, carried and/or pushed)
- Must be able to work outside for extended periods of time.
