I used the previous gen, orange&black version. great harness, easily adjustable. big leg straps are comfortable. durable. accessory loops are placed conveniently and easy to reach. Only negative issue I had with it was some bruising initially on the front of my pelvis (asis) from the D rings, but after climbing in it a few weeks my body adjusted and it didn't bother me anymore. The new version looks even better!
 
Yes I used it for 3 years full time production work. I also had the suspenders. It’s a fantastic harness, had to retire due to stitching falling out. Good harness for the money.

Courant Koala is my current and favorite to date.
