The pink tutu might have been punishment for doing dumb things on the job. We have a similar system at work...we call them (fill in the blank) points. Whoever has the most points at the end of the week has to wear a pink hardhat on Monday...the whole day. Negative reinforcement with a little bit of humour in it. Seems to keep accidents from happening.

The guy in the tutu is Scott Newly. If you can climb like Scott you can wair what ever you want. Daves accident- he took a 60' fall. No knot in the end of his line and ran out of rope...... He still limps and has a tough time getting around on the ground but in a tree he's fricken Peter Pan. I posted the video because its all I could find with his tatoo

i agree blinky, but a lot of times philosophical usually means they like the sound of their own voice, i dont know many "philosophiical" people who dont follow this protocol

as for the pink tutu, thats the new arborwear that will be available at tci07 this year, comes in pink and green
