Title says it all. Not married to the idea, but if I could find the right person who could be trusted to run the machine, I could pay them well. Salary etc. Currently it's about 50/50 work with my own company vs subbing. The subbing I do is with respectful realistic people. Would be training involved, but ideal candidate would have lots of operator experience as well as experience working with saws/understands how wood works as well as species etc. 2a 1b license. Someone with experience running a forwarder/hotsaw etc. Stick crane experience.. Anything relevant to the scope of responsibility.
Currently hiring a lowbed, but down the line I may buy another one at which point I'd buy my own lowbed and ideally have an operator who could drive it.

This is all depending on the right person coming along. Otherwise, I will just do it myself as I do now. Just losing time for my own work/crew. Brainstorming. PM with any interest. Cheers. Going to be a good year y'all!
