I only use the BS on special occasions. Really, maybe only once or twice per year.

May highest (reecorded)target I ever hit by hand was a plane tree in Italy where I hit a crotch about 40 meters. I'm sure that others can hit higher than that too.

Dang! That shot was 131.233596 feet (according to Google).

Anyway, I wish I had taller trees to work with out here. It is seldom that my 120' rope leaves the deck.

Does elevation has some kind of effect on deciduous trees? I have never researched that.

Where I live the elevation is about 4800'-5000'.

Well, one guy there said it was only 39 meters, but I always go with the higher number!

This tree was 146' tall.
