That'd be more like throwline HORSE

My girlfriend talked me into playing throwline "horse" last winter, it actually helped a lot. I think she got sick of the cursing party during access time.

You could actually play this on a golf course. Using a designated tree at each hole as the "green". The bigshot would be incorporated as a "driver" establishing the point from which you would throw from. It could be sold to golf courses in winter climates as a new way to utilize and generate revenue in the off season!

hmmmm.....the TGA (Throwline Golf Association)

I think there needs to be some rules for official competition. It might make a good fun or fund raising event to go along with the Tree Climbing events.

Maybe someone can create an instructional video. This should be an Olympic Event

Perhaps it can be used as the unofficial competition like the rigging one during the master's set up in KY.
