throwline bead release

Alright, I just had to try this. I got one of my kids' little beads (maybe about 5/16) and threaded it up to the slipknot. Wow, it really made a big difference. Instead of getting it over a 50' branch after a dozen tries, I was going over 60 ftrs in tight quarters on the second or third shot. Dang...now I feel like I've been doing things the hard way for way too long.
 
I finally tried the bead trick, and ya it was all I thought it would be. Even my helper can now throw the line with some acuracy,(sure glad he doesn't have a computer). I noticed some changes required, the end of the line needs to be melted to a point to thread the bead, and the slip knot needs to be tied the right way as it will untie when loaded. I think I'll keep some beads in the kit from now on.
