She's been climbing since she was 4' she's 9 now, sort of had no interest the last 2 years but all of a sudden got the itch again! She loves the zig zag! My old pantin is a bit big but wow she can motor up to 25' ( I didn't want her going higher tonight) in no time! Might be time for a HAAS or Saka for her next!

I don't push my girls to do anything either, they do what they do! I think a new bigger better harness is in the works though!

Awesome deevo! Definitely give her a haas. My boy has been doing srt the last few times we've climbed and it really upped his engagement level. He was able to get results faster, which piqued his interest. I have had him using the bone, which he loves.

We have the red hyper adjustable twist right now. Gonna upgrade him to another new tribe with side d's and give this one to his sister soon. The new tribe has been great.

Awesome! Great seeing happy kids climbing.

Lucky she has her own climb ropes and ZZ! Yup, that SAKA is her's now too. :sisi:

You mentioned saddles, so if it helps; I picked up a SingingRock Urban 2 saddle for my kids. No pro climbers need the smallest size so I got a deal. It works great, is super comfy in the sit position and in the smallest size fits my 10yr no problem. If NewTribe was cheaper to ship overseas, that would've been another great option.

Didn't see macswan's post til after I posted....great to see some NewTribe feedback. My older kids like SRT more. Faster to ascend and more like Dad's seems the reasons.

In that second photo, her head is definitely higher than yours. Hate to say it, Devon, but she may already be better than you! ;)

I think it's awesome to see kids gravitating to these things on their own. I think that's the only way they can really find what it means to them. Good on you for setting her up right!

Rock on, Deevo.

Oh she has her eyes on my old HAAS, I use a Saka most of the time now, I'm hoping something may pop up on Luke's Floor for her, she was out at it again tonight, me I was too tired ! Had a busy day, not used to the warm weather yet!

Ha ha she got mad when I went above her ! She's very very competitive ( like me! ) I'm hoping to get her a new harness she was on treestuff tonight, she's like I really like your ( my new TM) do they make them for kids ? I said you keep at it and one day you'll have one like this ! She's a gear head/ junkie like me, I'm gonna try and get her on the RR on the weekend, I have to get my chest harness to fit her first.

image.webp My daughter didn't have much interest until zig zag arrived a couple of weeks ago and she had to try it better then playing video games or on cell phone for sure.
