Well, I'm a customer now!

Was sold on the new Petzl Vertex after trying it on recently at the NETCC and finally got around to ordering it this Sunday, along with just a simple throw weight. It was processed and shipped Monday, and had it here Wednesday, sweet!

Not only that, but they threw in a pair of gloves, and a whole ton of stickers. I mean, stickers, I know, but still pretty nice. A few will be going on the new lid.

Really impressed with the turnaround, and the few little freebies. Really appreciated. Put the helmet in service today, and used the gloves to boot too!

Their customer service (Luke) has won my business. I am slowly starting to order more and more equipment and other products from them just because they give me quick and accurate advise and so far what they have recommended I have been very impressed with.

I now get to echo all of your comments! Tried recently to get a pair of chainsaw pants from an un-named outfit in BC Canada - 6 weeks of getting the run around from them and nothing to show for it!!! Anyways - called Treestuff and will have them this week! Thanks guys!!!!!

No I've not seen "Luke in Hotpants", but I've seen him modeling a lot of other clothes and gear in the shop, some good, some not so good...I'll leave this to your imagination.

However, this is not a comment about Luke, but just a brief comment about all the guys in the shop who never get the recognition they deserve. I sit in Luke's office many times while he's on the phone to customers, but it's the other guys who then sort out the orders, pack the goods, and put all those nice stickers and freebees in the boxes for all of you to enjoy who should get some of the credit for TreeStuff's great service. Thanks goes out to "Uncle Phil", Roland and excuse the term "little" Phil for keeping you all happy.

they are cheapest at pinnacle arborist supply in arkansas.
but everything else i buy from treestuff.
2 day shipping to my house thats nice.
