Technical information about tree industry accident

does anyone know where to get detailed reports on tree care related accidents. im aware that the general public is only interested in vague details, and would find such information meaningless. when i hear about an accident a chipper, i want to know what kind, minimally if its a drum or disk, but preferably the brand, feed rate speed, operator ppe, and such details. im sure osha makes such report. thanks
