Tachyon/Lava photos anyone?

Tachyon isn't tacky like Velocity because it doesn't have Samson's coating. It does fuzz up nicely with some use though and it gets grippy.

It's definitely not a Velocity replacement, more like a PI replacement.

Nick. How much for 200ft of velocity double eye spliced and I need you to climb on it a bit. Pm me with a number so I can mill it over a little. I didn't realize this line was made as a replacement for pi otherwise I might not had bought it seeing I already have a pi line. I love the feeling of velocity. Ever since I gave mine back (thanks again cameron) ive felt so empty

I don't think it was MADE as a PI replacement, it's just more like PI than like Velocity.

I really liked the tacky feel of Velocity but it wore off after I climbed it wet a few times, then it was kind of slippery for my taste. So next rope I went back to PI, I love the way it gets fuzzy, it's easy to grip both ropes and pull up on them.
