T540i vs Stihl 220T

Anyone have any real world experience with these two saws. Looking to see which route to go. Dealership thinks the 220t will be available in December, and the t540i have been around for awhile now

I've yet to see anything that gives me confidence in any Stihl battery product
i've had my 160t since 2017, everything is broken off, cracked but its still running. dropped out of a tree almost 10 m, hit a stone with the tip of the bar and fell into a lake.. but it's still cutting. obviously a pruning saw.

my t540i is a little bit over a year old and its acting up (slnce a couple of month) it wont start immedeatly but will stall and i need to press the trigger a couple of times before it will cut. don't get me wrong, it's a great saw and a lot of fun to run...even with the bug.

I have a 540ixp picked earlier this year and a Stihl msa161t, both are good stihl is obviously a much smaller saw and more suited for pruning, still do removals with it just have to switch to a gas saw sooner, I haven't really used my 201tc since I got the 540ixp and put a 14" bar on just not enough of a gap between it and my 261 to make it worth dragging another saw up.
The Stihl 161t doesn't really feel and look like a chainsaw more like a toy that being said I feel like Stihl went with let's make a really good cutty thing kind of like a chainsaw, the husqvarna feels more like a chainsaw and acts like it when you're using it but imo it doesn't seem to have the same build quality that the stihl does. I dropped my 161 about 50ft onto a log the battery popped out the case cracked a bit and the worm drive for the oiler popped off. The guys stuck the battery back in it still spun I straightened out the bar put a different bolt/nut in the back and ran it for a month waiting for the new case to show still going strong 7 months later, pretty sure if it had been the husqvarna I'd at least be buying another battery but more than likely a whole saw.

Anyone heard anything on the 220t release recently?, there's a great deal locally on a couple stihl batteries but I'd like a bigger top handle to go with them than the 161t.

The Husvarna t540i is a fantastic thing and is getting a very big following here in Tasmania. Only trouble so far is there's been a long wait time for an extra battery but that is expected (dealer claims) to be over soon.
The battery thing is not over.
Still a desperate shortage.
