Survey for business owners

Hey, I'm working on a paper for business class and I'm investigating the relationship between a logo, brand awareness, and profit. Looking for some help from business owners.

For those that own a business, can you post (or email me at rangerdanger@insightbb.com) if you have a logo or not, and a rough estimation of your profit for 2009. Information will only be used as research for my question. Thanks!

Are you looking for hard numbers kind of data just in terms of $$$ or other data?

Branding has a direct influence sales but I'm not so sure a straight line correlation to profit can be made simply because other factors influence expenses independently.

For example we were hammered on certain expenses this year that sent our profits into the tank.

However, our branding played a huge role in helping us remain steady, even improve a little, in our market and sales.
