Stumped! Rocks embedded in stumps

Need some help! Just got into stump grinding and using a Bandit 2550. Whats the best way to remove rocks embedded in stumps. Just did a big stump with 5 rocks in the stump.

A cutter-mattock and pick-mattock will help, and are cheap. A good pry bar and sledge, as stated.

Make sure to wear eye and face protection when sledging stump rocks. Your face gets hammered.

Thank-you for the safety tip on eye and face protection. I wear a kask helmet with visor when grinding. Going to get a mesh full face shield for it based on your suggestion.
