How bad/big is the work? And where in Lancaster?

I am based out of Lebanon Pa. We do a lot of work in Mt Gretna (for the Boro and homeowners), and get into the Manhiem/Lancaster area some.

It isnt a problem for us if it it bad/big, just dont want to run an half hour for an hour or so job.
