Stihl 028 AV Super

I picked up an 028 AV Super on ebay pretty cheap to throw into the fleet as a beater ground saw. Anyone ever use or own one of these. Is it half way decent to keep around near the chipper? I dont believe it has a plastic case like the new MS 280's. Maybe I am wrong.

I had one, worked fine.
