Probably......good luck on getting a fast hitch that short.I'm saying, is the Lawton the shortest?
Tony Knight gave me one it was bulky and long. Worked well but that was 6 years ago abouts.Naw, the spring one. I like the flex.
My old @height tether is getting pretty beat up because I bend it all over the place when I work.
Shorter the fasterProbably......good luck on getting a fast hitch that short.
Or the bindier....lolShorter the faster
The second image with ice tail looks like like the shwabisch hitch...the first one is the mihoacanSet up with 8mm courant cord, the sewn eye makes the hitch a bit longer. Second image tied with a Samson ice tail 5 wrap michoacan they work fine. I never liked the long tethers so it’s nice to hav a nice short system with minimal sit back which is nice when returning from a branch walk
Well he claims there different...no way to be for sure on the second bc I can't see the front...but it could be either or.Both hitches appear to be Michoacáns, sometimes still called the Martin, although Martin, the originator of the hitch, prefers the former name.
Ya I assumed that - when he singled out the 2nd image.I don’t see where he says they are two different hitches. More careful reading of his post has him naming the Michoacan and Martin hitches as maybe different. I’m now wondering which hitches he’s referring to.
Yes, the second one looks like a michoacan, I almost always use it facing that direction. All right I see what's going on here. The 2nd pic is the the mihoacan spun around so the back is facing the tether as opposed to the 1st pic where it faces the other way. (The more common way it's used)
