Been here a while
New Years resolutions are coming up - this thing could have gone in the rigging thread or the climbing thread and probably a couple of other places including some where some guys are maybe getting ragged on. But in an effort to keep things positive - in process industry we've been trying to figure out Why Guys Did Stuff Like That?? for a long time.
So for New Years, in the spirit of not watching any more videos with ground guys trying to kick stuff into a chipper feed, this might be an interesting perspective on Risk and workers: the Do I See It/ Do I Understand It/ Do I Accept It perspective.
