Cool, this will be a good opportunity to try some of the technique and get immediate feedback to get tuned up faster than you would on your own.

I tried a little stuff, some with a hitch climber, what I tried seemed better, gotta get the hands on insight. I was also wondering if anyone would object to my 12 year old daughter coming along. she climbs a little, usually just on blakes hitch, and a footloop with prussik becaus she needs it. She has a kids climbing harness, doubt it will happen, but she may want to.

I'm glad it's in New salem, not at Moss's place. New Salem is about 2 hours for me,lOl
the funny thing about new salem is it seems to take a long time to get there no matter where your comming from, it s a beautfiul area though.
I have no objection to your daughter being there, I am looking at this as moss's show, i'm just providing the tree(s)

Your daughter is welcome to hang out in the trees if she decides to come along. I'll have some New Tribe harnesses along, she can try one out if she'd like.

I did a couple of Oak removals in Northampton today, all cut and drops, no rigging, pretty quick work. Used it as a further test of my new Cougar saddle ( gift ) Took a nice swing from one tree to the next, think I videoed it, LOL Try to post if it doesn't look bad, LOL
