Show off them splices

What ever works. When you have only one to do at a time any method makes sense. I'm usually doing a bunch at once as quick as possible and the wire is a production tool. (Not bragging just sharing) I did three AP 30" i2i's with stitching in under an hour yesterday...

Speaking of AP, do you happen to notice any inconsistencies with the cover tightness on any AP?

Thank you sir. I found those rings on a FS that was left in a tree. The FS was uv degraded, but the rings looked good, so I repurposed them. I had a few pieces of Kernmaster from a nicked climbing line laying around. Now I have a new light duty rigging sling. Lol

More questions for you guys, when making an eye 2 eye out of tenex tec do you have to use a macdonald brummel for the second eye? The instructions on the same website just say to repeat the same process, but I don't see how I could pass the first eye thru the rope.

You can definitely pass the finished eye through the braid. The Yale basket fit is perfect for this.

I've also done it by wrapping tape around the finished eye spiraled to a horn, then you can poke that right on through!
