Sherrill's Shitty Website

Try shopping for a chainsaw bar under "chainsaw accessories" or "replacement parts." Call customer service and you'll get someone who has to run the same searches on the same shitty website. But she can't pronounce "Husqvarna" and she thinks you're looking for a "chainsaw barn". At checkout the discount codes don't work, which is the whole reason why you suffered the shitty website in the first place.

I was going to buy some Sterling rope to take advantage of the 20% off. Every time I applied the coupon code it came up with a less than 20% discount.

Need a replacement part for anything? Sherrilltree.com made a special category for you. You can browse through their 143 items. Amongst pole saw parts intermixed with auger bits, you'll find assorted chipper knives and the Decked Drawer Lock Set with Matching Keys next to a Silky Sugoi handle.

A buddy of mine used to joke about starting an inconvenience store. If you needed a paper clip, you'd just ring the front desk and wait for a store employee to return from his lunch break to unspool and cut five inches of stiff wire, which you could purchase at the counter with a handwritten ticket, then take it home and bend into the appropriate shape with the small wire bending press that they could special order. The wire presses ship indirectly from China and only come in bulk quantities.

...ship indirectly from China...

Probably on that boat they use to ship my orders with. I think they stop off in the Arctic Ocean to do a little whaling, drag a shrimp net through the Pacific for a month, stop in San Franscisco to visit Chinatown, then head for Nebraska by going around South America, down the Hudson River, then transfer the cargo to pack mules and take the scenic route through the mountains. I figure packages will still be arriving on my porch ten years after I've died of old age.

And, why does the packing paper always smell like they used it to wrap eggrolls?

For what it's worth, if you know what your looking for, their search feature works very well. I used it today to take advantage of their Valentine's day discount and saved $90 on an arbor trolley. Even treestuff, as much as I like their website will list 5-6 items before the one that you typed in, even with correct spelling.

Ok, Don’t get me wrong here, I use Sherrill for a lot of ordering and am usually very pleased. Only a few times where they really botched it, but who doesn’t? But THIS... this is funny.

I personally thought it was quite amusing. No?

Good catch. Looks like we lowered pricing on some of the individual items, but failed to revisit the kit pricing. I'll take care of this and let you know what the correct price is.

Thanks!

We've corrected the pricing for the Hitch Climber Combo. Thanks again for pointing it out!
