Sherrill Shipping

I've ordered from Sherrill several times and I usually get my stuff next day, especially if I order early in the day. But, I do live within an hour or so from them. Never had any problems with my order.

Im not generally impressed with their shipping. For ups ground im usually looking at anywhere from 5-7 days including processing the order, and that's considering its only coming halfway up the eastern seaboard. I get stuff nearly as fast from "another company " in Washington state, and they cover the shipping charges to boot!

Everyones experience varies, mine has unfortunately been lackluster.

Jeff L.

I consider it my duty (and honor) to make things right for hard working clients of our operation. In your situation there's nothing I can "repair" unfortunately.

Most orders in our systems by noon go out the same day and all but your oldest one were after 2pm.

A quick cut and paste of your recent order history reads as follows (less private info of course);

1/14/10 Thursday SO-XXXXX web order
1/15/10 Friday Shipped
1/20/10 Wednesday Delivered
Delivery was 3 business days

8/10/10 Tuesday SO-XXXXX web order
8/11/10 Wednesday Shipped
8/16/10 Monday Delivered
Delivery was 3 business days

11/29/10 Monday SO-XXXXX call in
11/30/10 Tuesday Shipped
12/3/10 Friday Delivered
Delivery was 3 business days

Where you shop is ultimately your choice of course but we'd like to have you back!!
How about with FREE SHIPPING @ $99 through Feb? (use code "FEBSHIP99)

No fans here of lackluster.

I think I typically run into that, never being home midday and making 12pm order cut offs. The free shipping really sweetens things up however. Thanks for the response.

Im sure others will appreciate it as well.

Its nice for you guys down in the states, but up here prices are ridiculous at the dealers. Considering the our dollars are almost par I find it hard to conjure up a reason to justify paying something like a 20% mark up. Example: If I walk into the vermeer and buy a Pantin I will be paying around 110 and thats without our tax of 13%. Where as I can support another dealer, which thankfully there are two that I know of; I'm only paying about 76.50 (which is what its advertised for in the american prices catalogue! And yes it will be in Canadian funds). I said enough was enough after my last piece of investment, Wondercube (my 114 dollar throw cube) started falling apart in 3 weeks.

I don't want to even talk about the surprise shipping charges I incurred on top of the taxes I payed when I ordered a set of pole pruners from the bargain basement, which ended up being not such a bargain after all.

At TCIA why was there practically no gear on site to sell?! I was stoked to get the fair prices when the dollar was super close to parody and all you guys were doing was taking shipping orders!

Mind you, the customer service representative that handled my issue with the poles was extremely nice and very diligent in trying to work something out. Great dude. Your shipping is fast too. But everything else...

It sucks, cause you guys have the equivalent to the Sears catalogue that came out at christmas when I was a kid, it had all the dopest toys.

Wow, look what I started. He gave examples of one guys order dates/times, those werent too bad, wish he'd put mine up from when I first started this thread.
