You're pretty lucky to be on the cover of a sherrill catalog and work w such a great photographer...but even luckier that tree provided the ultimate TIP. Amazing! I have to go check this tree out!
I'm gonna rant to Tobe if he's paying attention to this thread, about the fact that costs $10 to get the catalog up here in Canada, this is something that makes Sherrill money, they should cover the cost of shipping.
The links under 'request a catalog' for downloading the PDF version still point to last years version, but the correct links for the 2011 version are here:
They do take 10$ off the price of your first order if you do pay the money to get one sent. For a catalog that I imagine is fairly costly to make and contains a lot of good info it's not unreasonable in my opinion.
Oh, did you say something I was distracted thinking about our free health care, high dollar value and real freedom. Oh ya, nice cover picture that's what we were talking about.
It's true, Canada is a wonderful litter-free country with down to earth friendly people. An added plus is that they don't invade countries to steal their oil. So probably they are less despised globally than Americans.
Ahh I'm pretty sure EZ was doing a Colbert line and we're just the little people along for the ride with similar backgrounds. Current state of affairs sux for all of us little people, even though we're more comfortable than any king from 100 or more years ago. Always look on the bright side of life.
Could be EZ would really like to be next year's cover boy for Sherrill. We should try and make his dreams come true and get his son on the cover. You get the shot, I'll help lobby. Or better hire my photographer girlfriend and we'll come down to Kentucky. We'll try and learn to speak with marbles in our mouth so we can communicate and we'll get you a winner. I haven't given up the dream of getting some more commercial tree climbing winning pics myself if I wasn't so busy doing the actual work. Yay Spring!
