Shades of Maple

Thanks guys, it needed a prune at this point in its life, there were a bunch of badly crossed limbs (mostly 2-3" but one 4-5") that had to go.

I have a video of similar job but a different angle:

Different frame rate, different angle, different energy to the music.

Silky Sugoi 360, stock leg scabbard. The only way to fly brother, the Sugoi is BIG almost too big but it give you lots of reach. I am 6'3" with long calves, The 360 goes from touching the ground under my 2" boots all the way to my knee.

Thanks for the feedback Brian!

Cool video Bonner.
Don't take this as an insult, I still think you need to get out on those tips man. Work order said "prune for structure".. You saw the tree close up, I just watched a video..... looks like some potential V crotches and issues in the future just looking briefly at the trunk.

When my work order says "crown reduction" I'm focused alot around the outer crown, maybe taking 2-3 foot lenghts if that.

When My work order says " Thin (say) 10 -15 % and prune for structure" I still go out to that outer crown and thin just the same as would the inner. Expecially with those nursery variety Maples...Loaded with V crotches and poor structure.

Thanks for the constructive criticism MattyD, its definitely something I can keep in mind and has been something I try to do.

Dont stop keeping it real!
