Kevin Masters Arborist Services is a full-service tree care company based in Worthington, Ohio. We are seeking to fill the position of PLANT HEALTHCARE PROGRAM MANAGER
Duties will include:
*Planning daily routes of tree and shrub applications from an already developed portfolio.
*Performing the applications and processing ODA paperwork on a tablet-based system.
*Inspecting for and making notes on additional tree health problems or concerns while on client properties.
*Interfacing with clientele about their trees and shrubs as needed.
*Growing the application portfolio annually.
*Training an additional applicator to assist with performing the work.
*Daily morning meetings with the other managers of the company.
Candidate must:
*Have significant prior tree and shrub care experience.
*Valid pesticide applicator license.
*Ability to identify trees and shrubs common to the Ohio landscape.
*Have sales experience and a drive to build and improve a successful client portfolio.
*Be a self-starter who can work independently and stay organized.
*Have a valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
*Have strong communication abilities, with a positive attitude.
*Have safe work habits in regards to chemical handling and personal protective equipment.
*Be on time to work every day.
*Be able to work a flexible schedule in regard to when the day is completed. General hours worked will be 7am until 4 or 5pm.
*Maintain a professional appearance.
*Must have high-school degree or GED.
*ISA certified arborist, TCIA CTSP, or any relevant college degree(forestry, horticulture, arboriculture) are highly desired value-added credentials.
