If it is your crewman, tell him all the ppe must be worn or he goes home. As for the comments above about comm skills, give this guy credit for coming on here and even attempting to participate. He's at least trying to gain something.

I think the question was about the picture, and I'm no Vaden, but that skyline is overexposed, and the rule of thirds is not well developed here.

Helmet, eyes, ears, messy work zone. Looks like they're doing a little technical rigging tho, that's good, unless they don't understand moment and load forces involved. I can't see what supporting the butt end, is it magic?
