Rope Runner Woes

So... my runner spring crapped out on me about 6 months ago. I managed to make it work again by bending the end to fit into the bollard again. Where can I order that spring? Any ideas?

Sherrill Tree should have them. If not call CMI, as they are the manufacturer.
