I hardly use a runner these days. I like it but prefer a wrench. Can wait till the dust settles. Let the ones who use them daily to get in the party. No device will improve my climbing. Only climbing does. Lol.

I almost got caught up in the Runner Pro feeding frenzy yesterday, but then I remembered the fate of every other mechanical I have ever own. They ended up sitting around not getting used because I always seem to grab the Wrench or HH2 first.

It's not a technique that I use often but it does come in handy when speedlining, especially pines. Personally I prefer a Ddrt setup for this type of slow ascent but to each their own.

As far as the concerns regarding the warning, the device is capturing the progress of the 3:1.

There are 3 options to not die:
1 - Release the tail end and the device will engage.
2 - Grasp the rope above the device and release the tail end and the device will engage.
3- Reach up and engage the device manually while releasing the tail end.

If anyone is afraid of using their RRP I will happily take it off their hands.

That's how I've been using the original on occaisoin when Hip Thrusting.
It's not a big deal and seldom used that way.

Demand far exceeded anything we could have imagined. There were well more than 100 available but sales blew through them.

We flipped the out of stock late last night, before we ran out to slow the demand down. As of this exact moment, if you’ve ordered one, it will ship on mon/tues.

As of this exact moment if you slip an order in, you can probly still get a ship date early this week, despite the Out Of Stock Message. that won’t last much longer. I imagine we will be for sure stocked out by Monday.
