Rope Guide Setting from ground

The only problem with using a pulley attached back to the bottom of the tree is that it creates double the force back up at the crotch. I'm not really good at explaining this but if you load the pulley with 200 lbs,the other end tied to the bottom of the tree needs to also hold 200 lbs creating 400 lbs at the tie in point.
