Tommyh that is the main reason I didn't like it, it just seemed plain messy. I like every thing to be tidy. Same thing about the ring I like it's simplicity. I keep things simple but to each his own.

Right on Swing, i love the simplicity and "neatness" (for lack of a better word) of a ring, the pulley is a little to much for me. I just recently took Casey's advice and switched out the DMM ring for a smaller SMC ring (Treestuff.com) to keep my hitch closer without having to shorten up my bridge. I like how it has been working for me, but today i put the DMM ring back on in addition to the new ring for some extra options well see how it goes. i have a feeling it may be a little too cluttered.
