Look for a company who sells to fire department and rope rescue crews.
Last week I did an EHAP training in Aurora, IL. The parks department said that they got theirs from the city fire department because the FD upgraded. Some AR classes have borrowed Rescue Randys from the FD. When they get too beat up they get tossed...hopefully downhill towards the arbos
