I mean these valcom are better than nothing, that's true but there are much better options.

These are the headsets we have collecting dust at the shop due to how fragile they are and how static-y they are. You cannot use them near the city or every bank alarm or security system will interfere. Never mind if there is a baby monitor in the house and you have to work on the other side of said house.

They are better than nothing though. Just don't get them wet or have to deal with customer service.

The valcoms are not eartecs.

I dont get it...mine say Eartec on one muff and Valcomm 900 on the other

Did you try changing the channel inside the muff?...I have no problem with mine.

What radios do you guys use...that you like?

Do the Eartec's come self contained or do they all have that box?

Edit: I just looked at them more that box is wireless...much nicer than the wire
