quick connect dog bone for HH

Not sure if this has been discussed yet but has the idea of an attachment point for drt been discussed? ie, on the back of the device near the cooling fins. This could be called the "aarfatchment point"!

I have a video and did a study on this some time ago, if you attach to your suggested place you must bypass the lower carabiner. Otherwise there is too much friction and you will not be able to descend.

Probably not hard to sell a barely used HH, IF you don't like, it, Mike.

I LOVE mine.

The slack tending pulley makes a difference. Dave has a modified pulley that looks like the trick. I generally fly without the pulley, but when climbing, frequently use a foot ascender or rope walker.

I rarely take it off my rope. Basically only when a high canopy tie pull-down conflicts with the HH (more than half a rope length for the TIP, and using a second rope to pull down.

I think I will like it, but who knows. I do a lot of removals and I have a feeling it would work nicely. How does it perform Ddrt?

Please someone create a pin like that, that locks and put me down for two I am jones for an SRT device like the HH just dread the idea of learning the knot to length ratio

Tying your hitch on the HH isn't that bad. I tie it as tight as I can, practically bending it in half as I tie the second stopper knot and then set it by by sitting in it. If it is still a little too loose after setting it, I readjust the stopper. Somebody here had also suggested drawing a mark on your hitch cord to help remember where the perfect spot is. The HH is a great tool. I bet you're going to love it. I also leave mine on the rope so I don't have to play with it every time I climb.
