price advice on used gear

hello all a friend of mine call and ask me about some gear he had for sale was worth! he has a 334t husky trim saw that's in fair cond. runs but could use a carb cleaning and plug! has small crack in plastic by handel do affect the saws work at all,then he has a set of buckingham #9203 spikes with real good leathers only 3 months use on all,then there is a brand new condition weaver 4 dee saddle only worn twice&nd a 12 strand climbing line good condition,a 6 or 8 ft wire flip with snap.1 set of brand new peltor h31 ear muffs d still in the box,oh yea a set of older spikes maybe klien not sure in good shap anyway with pad and strap i think that was it.if he was to sell on ebay what would he exspect to get for this or here for that matter what's it worth?

Use the search function on ebay to look for the item or something close and then go into completed auctions and see what the selling price was. If you take an average price on similar items you should be able to get an idea of what your stuff will sell for. New or like new items generally sell for around 2/3s of new price if they're items that are relatively hot or in demand. If not, 1/3 to 1/2 price of new. Unfortunately, I don't see anything that you've listed that is really an "in demand" item. Best of luck selling your items. Waiting until spring may might be more profitable. There's always a buyer if the price is right. I once sold an old cracked rubber enema bottle on ebay for around $75.00. Those were the "good ol' days of ebay".
