Though the road looks dark and the pit is deep here is one scripture that has kept me afloat and kept life in perspective in my times of personal hell.
If nothing else, you must believe Ecclesiastes 3:1 that everything has a time and a purpose and Jesus reinforces that in John 9.
"...Why did this happen?
...Jesus said, 'You are asking ask the wrong question. There is no such cause and effect here. Look instead for what God can do..."
(John 9:2, 9:3 The Message paraphrased)
Prayers are going up for you both, prayers for strength and a good recovery and prayers that His will be served.
