Renewing my licenses , its that time of the year, Ive been trying to upload proof of insurance for 4 days now lol, it wont take it. Anyone have any tricks? It's PDF file. I figured its for Pesticide license so can be in this thread?

They're especially bad for necessary and time sensitive things. Paperwork sucks but it feels so much easier to keep track of things.
