Ponderosa Pine removal

It's the second video I have edited so far. After splitting the video at the points needed to piece it together I figured out how to overlap the pieces for a smooth transition. I didn't realize I split the video at that point and overlapped it. I didn't notice until after it was rendered.
Yeah I know what you mean now. If you add a fade-transition, you need to watch you don't add it to all or other transitions by accident. Great job.

I dont see the big deal. Simple job, nice rigging points, could have used a figure 8 as a break, well done, now come to Brooklyn and work :)

Why use the pulley choked to the tree? I understand to slow the swing but wouldn't the line in the other tree accomplish that without having to move the choked sling each time. One less step. I understand at the end to keep the final cut off the fence. Maybe there are other factors I cant see in the video.

The line in the other tree would not have slowed it down at all. It was the same rigging point that caught the last cut.

It also makes it easier to retrieve the rigging lines. It doesn't waste any time. I have footage showing a cut then the breakdown and setup for the next cut. It's a 7-10 minute process.
