I prefer straight blade for handsaw and small pole saw.
The Gomtarro straight blade fits onto the Zubat pole saw using the predrilled bolt holes. Be careful not to bend the blade on the push stroke
The pole piece with the Zubat head fits into the Hayauachi. The three bottom pole pieces with the Zubat pole upper piece (Gomtarro blade) allows for precise tip reduction cuts on high lateral branches
Do not insert the Zubat upper pole all the way into the Hayauchi as the pole shapes are different. Insert into the ferrule up to the round tab. Do not push past the ferrule. Clamp ferrule and do not use to pull hangers
As to the OP, I move my handsaw blade to my pole saw after it starts to wear out as my daily handsaw. You get what you pay for in durability with high dollar blades. Replacement every week would justify the switch to $50 blades. Use polesaw scabbards
