If you are a member, or know a member. Please sign up for our membership meeting to discuss the poor behavior of the board and their expenditures of well over $ 200k in legal fees (some say our entire general fund!).
These fees were spent defending and cleaning up the legal mess they created.
If that doesn’t piss you off, contact me and I’ll pass on the resources to fill in the gaps.

You should have a email about a zoom meeting, if you are a member and did not get the email please let me know! The current board is refusing to announce our legally petitioned member meeting, so we are going oldschool with our networking.

Yeah, it’s a bit of a crap show. There is a current thread on Idaho Arborists FB page where someone is saying we should join western and the feedback is “you need to get involved in the chapter, then you will be worthy to know the truth”. Really sad to see this all happening.

I find it interesting how 5 members of the board who squandered our funds are leaving effective of the next general meeting. It makes one question if they are leaving because they can’t stand up for their actions in a public forum and answer for those actions with accountability. Or if the level of vitriol directed towards the board for their actions and their even more distasteful actions to defend their actions is just too much to bear.

Since I’m not a member of that page, could you please reach out to them. Encourage them to join the meeting on Monday, this is THE MEMBERS meeting. And while legally petition we have been notified that this is a ‘unsanctioned’ event. The international will be there to witness. If the results of the meeting are contested, it will be up to the international on who to recognize! So more members the better!

Sign up now, and once your a member we will provide a timeline of events at Monday’s member meeting. Motions will be presented, and vote on them. But remember even though this is a legally petitioned member meeting the board is refusing to consider it ‘sanctioned’

I’ll likely have my kids crawling all over me.. and I won’t be wearing pants either.
One of my clients is a high power attorney, greeted me at the door in a dress shirt, tie, jacket, beach shorts and bunny slippers. He was about to ‘go into court’ and stated something like “isn’t this working from home shit great?!”

I jumped the gun with my last (now deleted post).

However, now it’s been publicly posted on relevant forums (aka regional FB arb groups).

We successfully voted for the immediate removal of the entire board of directors. While the board (removed) has not responded, the ISA recognizes our decision.

We win.
