pickup bed converted to dumper?

That makes good sense. The only thing is your driving half full a bit. But fuel is way less than multiple wages. My guys are alone when dumping. Chips and brown logs:) And it's usually close to where we work or on the way. I've established a few efficiencies that are odd. But Yesterday I could have done 16 yards (removals) into your truck which would be ideal. I rarely chip that much in a day. Instead I did 2 loads to dump in one truck and one load in a second truck. But was not far from dump and one employee went for chip dump mid day and one on the way home. The other took the fuel wood home. It's odd because they all drive home. When I commute to city We bring one or two trucks instead of two or three. Yesterday three trucks. But all went home so the shop stop is eliminated. Trade offs. Doing the most with the least is a fun challenge. The biggest lesson learned: a chipper makes free dumping, a trailer makes slow loading. The best technique: the tarp dump. I'll get the vid on
Anyway, I definitely have 2-4 days a month where the 19 yard would make things easier.

This does the most for the least. Rigs in no time. Adds no weight to truck. Great for pruning days But I would've liked a 19 yard yesterday. And sorry guys I just noticed I posted over your questions. Mangoes, don't miss the questions. You could sell an insert. Unless he wants my spare pull tarp for $100? Just kidding.

Nice looking rig mangoes, who built that box?
Voth

Very, very, very happy with it. Frank's a great guy. I worked with Peter at 4 Wheels Enterprises on refining the design (he had a steel 12' I went to look at in 2013). Changed a whole bunch of things from his steel design;
- moved the hydraulic oil tank from inside one of the underbody boxes to between the frame rails
- measured the space available from cab to wheels and discovered 6' boxes could be spec'd
- measured frame and wheelbase and pointed out a 14' box could be installed

Since that time, Voth, 4 Wheels Enterprises and a couple other GTA used truck sellers are repeating the design. Design has been repeated at least 20 times.

FYI
1. If an employee drives a company vehicle home for the benefit/purpose of the business the Employment Standards Act requires they are paid from the time they leave home, to when they arrive home
2. If the employee is driving a vehicle home as a company perk it is a CRA taxable benefit
3. A feeble loophole to both above is making the employee salaried and including in their employment agreement that they are "on-call" and the company vehicle supports their "on-call" status.
