Just my 2 cents. I find most chest harnesses don't hold the upper ascender high enough. Borrowing an idea from Zevr I made a piece of gear from a lenth of 3/8 accesory cord, a small prussic made from 4 mm accesory cord an a none locking beaner. Using your lanyard over the shoulder to tend the upper ascender was ok but sometimes I needed it when I got to the top. The accesory 3/8 cord runs over the right shoulder and is anchored to the rear belay loop or supender anchor. The small prussic allows you to adjust the non locking beaner high enough to tend the upper ascender. I made it permanent by using the screw link to the belay loop. The white cord is a bungie that tends a left knee ascender, pantin on right foot. Thanks again Zev
