I saw Mark do that "M" style in Stamford, I think. Might have it on tape. Anyway, I started playing with it and needed a second hitch to help with working 2 sides of tree as needed. I did get myself stuck in middle once when I didn't use second hitch. I also tried this at a Master Challenge at local TCC once. It took too long to set up. Had extra throwline attached to FS to lower, had other TIP FS in opposite direction to pull out while working down other section of tree. Looked good, should've worked well, but ran out of time. Oh well, nice set-up when you need it.
So anything wrong with just using a nice long lanyard going up and tightening slack. Double sided lanyard if you choose....
